Employment Location:
Bundeswehr Service Center Idar-Oberstein, stationed in Baumholder

You are responsible for the preparation, portioning, and serving of food under the guidance of kitchen professionals.
Your tasks include setting up and dismantling meal stations, serving meals, and monitoring food distribution. You may also operate the cash register when needed.
You are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and dining areas, as well as all equipment and attachments (such as refrigerators). You are also responsible for sorting and disposing of wet and solid waste.
Your duties also include transporting dishes to the dishwasher, loading and operating the dishwasher, and sorting and storing clean dishes.
You assist with the daily receipt, storage, care, and distribution of food in accordance with applicable regulations and under the direction of the kitchen management.
This position requires a willingness to work in shifts.
There are 3 positions available starting on August 1, 2023.
