As a Senior Product Managerwith MultiTech , you will play a critical role in product planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
You will develop the vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your own insight.
You will work closely with Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.
You will develop a forecast for products based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts, and your own experience and manage its delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Drive new projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution across hardware, firmware, and services
SME on market trends, competition, and customer behavior
Define and communicate clear product requirements
Champion the user experience for customers (CX)
Own product budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts
Define and analyze performance metrics
Foster a culture of innovation and user-centric design
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience with launching hardware products with volumes of over 100K+ units ideal
Availability for occasional business travel (domestic and International)
Proven experience in a senior product management role, with a successful track record of bringing products to market
Proficiency in product development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
