    Description


    Production Managers work with Site Supervisors and crews in order to ensure that we are ordering and building projects within the correct timelines, Giving home owners an appropriate notice before any builds begin, as well as reassuringthat correct material and project guidelineshave beenprovided to supervisors and crews.


    Responsibilities:
    If requested, support the Project Managers and assist with questions they may have regarding installation and best practices.
    Contact the customer, complete a welcome call, and confirm a build date within two days.
    Review all labor and material orders to ensure accuracy by completing a review checklist.
    Contact the customer directly with any unanswered questions.
    Confirm the install dates with crews as needed and order the materials through our CRM. Update the customer of any changes to the install dates.

    Create work order emails including photos, manufacturer installation instructions, and any other documents needed, and sent them to the crew.

    Confirm with the them as needed that they have received work orders and have agreed to the terms and dates then update the production schedule.

    Schedule Site Supervisor's various tasks regarding the project in Google calendar.
    Email the Site Supervisors their Job Packet two business days before any project is scheduled to start.

    Oversee and manage the Site Supervisors to ensure they are efficient as well as support them with guidance and answers to technical questions.

    Maintain close and frequent communication with site supervisors on activities, issues, and project status. Adjust Site Supervisor schedules daily as needed.

    Ensure Site Supervisors Provide daily end of the day project updates to customers, as well as immediate updates when a schedule changes.

    Once the project is complete, review the Site Supervisor's Job Report. Schedule work and material orders for corrections if needed and update customers.

    If the corrections are complete or there are no corrections to be made call the customers to ensure they are satisfied.

    Complete the Job Report, scan it into our CRM project file, and move the file to completed.
    Update CRMmessages with all relevant customer and colleague project communications throughout the project.

    Candidates who apply should be detail oriented, demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, and desire to grow within our company.

    The ideal candidate will have a construction, trades background, or a degree in construction.

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, schedule follow-up activity, and diligently communicate with customers, colleagues and installation crews.


    • Working hours typically M-F, 7AM-4:00 PM weekly. Due to the nature of work and variable nature of the industry, performance in this role may require working longer days and time on Saturdays during the busy construction season as needed.
    Job requirements

    2+ years of Construction Management Required.
    Experienced or educated in the trades.
    Proficiency with email, calendar, Microsoft Office etc.
    Ability to learn company CRM application for project tracking.
    Residential exterior construction experience with roofing, siding & gutters required.
    Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
