    Description
    We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook with a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in high-volume restaurant environments, preferably within Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Preparing and executing menu items to our standards of quality and presentation, collaborating closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
    • The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in Italian cuisine.
    • Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and pasta making.]
    • Strong knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
    • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills .Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Pay Rate: Negotiable, starting at 15$ per hour and based on experience.
