The laboratories are a reliable partner for general practitioners, hospitals, and other medical facilities.

We are currently seeking a (full-time) Recruiting HR Specialist (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Heidelberg.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a member of the recruiting team, you always have an open ear for our employees and managers and advise them on all HR topics
  • In collaboration with managers, you will manage individual recruiting processes for our diverse corporate group
  • You keep an eye on current recruiting trends and, together with the departments, decide on the selection of recruiting channels
  • You manage the organizational management of individual areas in SAP HCM
  • You support the development of our social media presence and take over subsequent management
  • In addition, you will be involved in various HR projects as part of digitalization and actively support the continuous improvement of our HR processes

Your profile:

  • You already have practical HR experience, especially in recruiting, and can confidently communicate in conversations
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP HCM
  • You are highly interested in project work and are willing to take on responsibility for subprojects
  • You are enthusiastic about IT systems and are willing to familiarize yourself with new systems
