Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d):

As a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d), you will support the timely and demand-oriented procurement of materials. Your daily tasks will include the responsible implementation and ensuring of material flow within the company.

You will also contribute to maintaining the given delivery dates and reliability through the planning, control, and monitoring of the purchasing assortment.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Creating inquiries for machine components, indirect materials, and services
  • Preparation and evaluation of offer comparisons
  • Processing of complete ordering processes
  • Processing and, if necessary, disputing order confirmations
  • Independent responsibility for deadlines and monitoring of purchase obligations
  • Booking of delivery notes
  • Processing of orders for materials, auxiliary materials, and other needs
  • Creating delivery delay and defect reports based on technical specifications
