We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our location in Hagen, who will support us in advising and caring for our customers.

As a career changer in marketing (m/f/d), you will work closely with our customers and immerse yourself in the marketing of their services.

We will train you to become an expert in online marketing and you will be the direct contact person for topics such as Facebook ads, funnel architecture, online visibility, long-term branding, and many more.


No previous experience? Career changer?
During the training, you will learn everything necessary to perform the job. This means that prior knowledge in marketing or social media is not necessary.


Areas of responsibility:


  • Development and implementation of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to attract potential customers for beauty salons
  • Regular monitoring and optimization of ongoing advertising campaigns to continuously improve results for our customers
  • Direct communication with our customers through various channels such as WhatsApp, phone calls, and Zoom calls to clarify questions and provide support
  • Conducting live calls on specific topics to ensure an optimal customer experience

Salary: 2,500 euros per month (gross)
Opportunities for further development and advancement in the coming years are available.

The training phase usually lasts 2-4 months.
