Your responsibilities:

First point of contact on site for management and clients
Personnel planning and deployment
Assisting in the hiring process of new employees
Coordinating the work/tasks of employees on site
Creating and monitoring work schedules
Employee support and monitoring of the property
Improving and ensuring quality standards
Checking and monitoring compliance with objectspecific security regulations, especially occupational safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and data protection
Investigating, clarifying, and documenting securityrelated incidents

Your profile:

Experience and training in a trade profession
Experience in
construction site logistics, not warehouse logistics:
Career changers with professional experience and leadership aspirations
Teamoriented, enjoy challenges in an exciting environment, and can adapt quickly to changing requirements
Good manners and a friendly demeanor
Commitment and enjoyment in working with people
Assertiveness
Good MS Office skills
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Class B driver's license
