Responsibilities:

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Interact with customers in person to process Ria's products, including money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency exchange
  • Accurately enter and verify customer information in our systems
  • Assist customers with inquiries about our services, cancellations, or other Ria locations in a courteous manner
  • Identify and address any problems, issues, or complaints, and escalate them to the management team if necessary
  • Stay uptodate on Ria's products, services, and policies
  • Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposits
  • Keep a record of your daily transactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your colleagues and superiors

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and other flexible schedules
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Experience handling cash is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A valid work permit
