Are you a creative mind with a passion for social media and a knack for TikTok? Do you have practical experience in the field of social media and are motivated to deepen your knowledge of TikTok? Then we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible


About us:

As a faction in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg, we represent a constructive-critical opposition with 18 members. This includes vigorously advocating for our liberal positions in parliament and the public and setting our own political impulses.

Currently, we are active on the Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) as well as LinkedIn and are aiming to launch on TikTok soon.

That's where you come in


Your tasks:

As part of our social media team, you will ensure that our faction is optimally represented and perceived on TikTok


This includes:

  • Conducting trend research on TikTok and developing your own ideas and concepts for relevant content
  • Designing creative storyboards for target grouporiented TikToks and supporting the production of content
  • Working closely with our faction's entire social media team
  • Identifying and evaluating current developments in relevant reports to take our activities to the next level
  • Supporting community management on TikTok

Your profile:


  • You are currently studying marketing, digital media, or a related field and have at least two semesters left
  • You have a passion for social media and a strong sense for TikTok trends
