Your work environment

Your tasks and responsibilities:
You are responsible for organizing work processes in the Vocational Psychological Service.

You conduct psychological tests and evaluate them.

You are also responsible for conducting behavioral observations and documenting observation and examination data, and preparing them for further processing by the psychologist.

You work closely with clients, other Psychological Technical Assistants, psychologists, and clients at the Federal Employment Agency.

Requirements:
Completed training in a commercial, administrative, or medical field (e.g. Medical Assistant) and willingness to participate in internal training to become a Psychological Technical Assistant or successful completion of an external qualification as a Psychological Technical Assistant.

If no external qualification as a Psychological Technical Assistant is available, it can also be completed internally as part of the employment.

Basic knowledge of relevant legal regulations (e.g. data protection), test administration and evaluation, and behavioral observation.

Thorough knowledge of office organization and relevant MS Office and IT applications.

High team and customer orientation, enjoyment of working with different people, and conscientious work.
