- SAP administration and key user for the team. Including but not limited to: Creation of sales orders, invoicing, creation of new customers and part numbers, etc.
- Maintain quoted capacity records and update customer capacity databases. Coordinate responses to requests to increase capacity.
- Price management (Master Price List and Pricing History pages), collection of payments for tooling, spot buy POs and other project related expenses.
- Prototype and samples administration and coordination
- Administration of customer systems and databases, such as TESLA/LUCID capacity database, EC's and several others
- Manage Directed Tier I customers
- Customer and plants set up: administration of customer requirements for labeling and EDI during pre-series phase and support in production phase. KOMEX IT and APL interaction.
- Point of contact for 4ECM and Run out process for assigned customers
- Service Parts Management
- Insures the accuracy of all purchase orders and contracts, and insures the most recent information is communicated to all internal customers
- Maintenance of customer systems and databases, such as capacity databases and files, Engineering Change system, and others.
- Reviews customer sales/marketing figures with sales planning on a quarterly basis to maintain the quarterly forecast.
- Full understanding of current capacity, both for lines and tools, of assigned products
- Manage Directed Tier I customers for assigned parts.
- Monitor Quality Score cards and ensure there is an action plan to achieve maximum level of satisfaction whenever necessary
- Invoicing (Tooling, Samples, and ED&T)
- Tooling administration
- 2+ years attendance at a college or university
- 5-7 years work related experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent computer application skills (Excel and other Microsoft products); SAP or similar system experience desired but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Able to work well and form positive relationships with customers
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Must work well within a team-oriented atmosphere and possess good interpersonal skills.
