Service Center Employee (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:


  • Professional handling and processing of bookings for our golf club, spa area, and boat and tennis facilities
  • Competent advice for telephone and written inquiries
  • Preparation of offers
  • Entering guest and reservation data
  • Interdepartmental collaboration with the front office departments and our sales managers

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in the reservation department or at the front office is desirable
  • Knowledge of the hotel software OPERA is desirable
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
  • Reliability, accuracy, loyalty, and flexibility in working hours
  • Strong sense of the different needs of our guests
  • Structured and organized way of working, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Teamoriented thinking is your strength
