Our client, a leading North American Home Loan originator and servicer, is looking to add a Bilingual Digital Response Representative to their St. Louis, MO team.
The Bilingual Digital Response Representative is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Digital Response Representative, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate email communication with the borrower, Loan Officer, and any additional internal partners as needed.
The Digital Response Representative will:
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Review and validate loan documents
Handle routine emails and/or chat responses
Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Notes:
this candidate will focus on email communication with external customers and internal partners
they will work through a queue, uploading documents into Encompass and following up with customers if inadequate information is provided
auto distribution - 5 emails will be sent at the beginning of the day to each rep on the team, once 1 email / item is completed, another email will be sent to them to work through
Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
