    Position Title: Digital Response Representative

    Start Date: 5/20/2024

    Pay Range: $20-$21/hr

    Contract Length: 3 month contract to hire

    Worksite Location: Saint Louis, MO 63110

    Schedule: Fully In-Office M-F (M-F 8:00a-5:00p, Office is open from 6a-8p, so there is some flexibility on working hours. Looking to fill 8:00a-5:00p, 9:00a-6:00p, or 10:00a-7:00p shifts)

    Job Description:

    The Digital Response Representative is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Digital Response Representative, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate email communication with the borrower, Loan Officer, and any additional internal partners as needed.

    Responsibilities:


    • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks


    • Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)


    • Review and validate loan documents


    • Handle routine emails and/or chat responses


    • Monitor work queues and intervening as needed


    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned


    • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

    Notes:


    • This individual will focus on email communication with external customers and internal partners


    • They will work through a queue, uploading documents into encompass and following up with customers if inadequate information is provided


    • Auto distribution - 5 emails will be sent at the beginning of the day to each rep on the team, once 1 email / item is completed, another email will be sent to them to work through


    • Professional grammar skills are needed

    Qualifications (Education and Experience etc.):


    • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


    • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred


    • General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations


    • Candidates with limited experience can do well if there is drive and the ability to work hard and improve.


    • 6+ months of office based, administrative experience


    • Experience making outbound calls/sending business emails


    • Mortgage, banking, insurance experience preferred


    • Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Google suite


    • Ability to work under deadlines on a daily basis
