Your contribution:


  • Analysis and classification of incoming service requests
  • Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the software environment
  • Documentation of processing or solution paths in our ticket system
  • Optimization of our service processes
  • Independent processing of incoming support requests

What you bring with you:


  • Training as an IT specialist, IT clerk or comparable qualification
  • IT knowledge as well as a strong understanding of company processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment
  • Experience in telephone user support and in the Microsoft 365 environment desirable
  • A high degree of flexibility, integrity and commitment
