Your new team:


You will join an interdisciplinary team at two locations, working closely with the department head and state commissioners for Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to contribute to the overall success of the Social Medical Service department.


Your challenge with us:


  • Ensuring smooth daily operations in the state of Schleswig-Holstein by leading and managing the medical team and nonmedical team leaders
  • Participation in the selection committee for filling positions in the Social Medical Service of the state
  • Training of doctors to obtain additional qualification in social medicine
  • Recruitment and integration of external experts if needed
  • Quality assurance of social medical work in the state
  • Statespecific contact person for the department head in cooperation with the Social Medical Service of the state
  • Professional representation of the department in working groups and projects. Representation of DRV Nord in external (social) medical committees
