    Berwyn, PA law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

    Our client is a suburban, litigation law firm looking for an enthusiastic, hard working associate. This is a position that requires at least 3-5 years of specific insurance defense litigation experience. Medical malpractice experience and an interest in medical cases/biology/medical terminology is required. Someone that can come in and hit the ground running would be a perfect fit for this role as we handle large amounts of medical malpractice defense cases.

    Requirements:

    • Litigation: 3 years specific Insurance Defense experience
    • Medical Malpractice experience required (defense is preferred but open to plaintiff side)
    • Juris Doctorate Law Degree, PA Law License (Required)
    • NJ Law License (Preferred)

    The qualified person will:

    • Work with a busy team from pre-trial through trial process
    • They would be familiar with the civil litigation process
    • have excellent research and writing skills.
    • A medical or health background is helpful
    • Qualified candidates would have an opportunity to attend & participate in trials

    This position offers excellent compensation, benefits, retirement and personnel packages. Employees are eligible for an end of the year performance based bonus. This would be prorated for the first year based on the length of service with the firm. Compensation is great for dedication and hard work.

    Salary: 80-120K
