    Join our legal team at Hohn & Scheuerle, a distinguished litigation defense firm serving clients across diverse sectors in Philadelphia, PA. As a pivotal member of our firm, you will navigate complex legal landscapes while championing the interests of our clients in areas such as personal injury, premises liability, insurance, construction, rental car, and the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA). As an attorney at our firm, you'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly, engage closely with clients, and undertake multifaceted responsibilities within our legal environment.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Manage a diverse caseload spanning all phases of litigation.

    ● Foster direct client relationships, offering tailored legal guidance and representation.

    ● Draft legal documentation, encompassing complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.

    ● Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to fortify case strategies.

    ● Advocate for clients in courtroom proceedings, mediations, and settlement discussions.

    ● Collaborate with colleagues to exchange insights and uphold best practices.

    ● Efficiently oversee caseloads, exhibiting adept task prioritization.

    Required Qualifications:

    ● Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (membership in New Jersey or neighboring states is advantageous).

    ● 3-7 years of proven legal practice, preferably within a litigation-centric arena.

    ● Proficiency in articulating legal arguments and conveying intricate legal concepts.

    ● Mastery of legal research tools and adeptness with case management software.

    ● Demonstrated capacity to operate both individually and as part of a cohesive team.

    ● Dedication to providing top-tier legal services with integrity and professionalism.

    ● Proficiency across all dimensions of litigation, with the capability to lead cases from inception to resolution.

    ● Familiarity with court regulations and protocols.
