**is to be filled on a fixed-term basis starting on April 1, 2023.

Salary:
Pay grade 13 TV-L

Working hours: 1.0 full-time equivalent (part-time possible)

Duration: 2.75 years

Your tasks will include:

You will independently work on topics at the interface of water and geotechnics.

In particular, you will focus on the following topics:

Experimental soil mechanics with new testing equipment in the soil mechanics laboratory
Settlement and liquefaction phenomena in loose rocks
Surface and terrain models from airborne laser scan surveys
Measurement data from a comprehensive instrumented measuring field in a former openpit mine

You will work closely with industry partners and exchange ideas with them.
