The Non-Conformance Engineer is responsible for performing root cause analysis, investigation and disposition of non-conformances in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
13 years of experience in a quality control or nonconformance engineering role.
13 years' experience using hand measurement devices
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of quality control and statistical process control methods.
Experience with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

Conduct root cause analysis and investigations for nonconformances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Review and assess product quality and performance, including inspection data and other relevant information.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformances.
Communicate nonconformance issues and recommended corrective actions to relevant departments and management.
Document and maintain accurate records of all nonconformance activities, investigations, and resolutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the frequency and severity of nonconformances.
Adhere to all relevant quality control standards and procedures.
