MIMS GROUP is on the lookout for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a real drive and sense of mission. With over a century of experience in the industry, we stand at the forefront, setting the pace for others to follow. In this role, you'll delve into our processes, taking care of our current base of 2,000 business clients, and setting the groundwork for attracting new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you'll be tasked with guiding a small team to perform these same duties. As you become proficient in training and leading your team, you'll progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills with the help of our established systems and practices. You'll be compensated on a weekly basis with an average of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
