    Looking for a real estate agent opportunity in Memphis, TN? Join our team in Memphis and West Tennessee for comprehensive training and support to reach success, with the potential to earn $75,000 in your first year.

    Compensation:

    $75,000+ yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels such as phone, text, email, and video calls
    • Create personalized home searches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of buyers and assist them in identifying their desired property
    • Accompany potential buyers to home viewings and provide valuable information and guidance throughout the entire process
    • Skillfully negotiate and prepare contracts and other necessary real estate documents
    • Offer professional advice to clients on the most appropriate steps to take during the purchasing process
    • Strive for excellence and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
    • Benefit from coaching sessions that go beyond the average agent's training, helping you meet your client's real estate needs more effectively
    • Expand your knowledge in other areas of real estate, adding value to your business
    Qualifications:
    • Licensing: Possession of or the willingness to obtain a Tennessee or Mississippi Real Estate License is preferable
    • Scheduling: Flexible schedule allowing for a balanced life
    • Attitude: Have a goal-oriented, and positive attitude
    • Skills: Proficiency in navigating client database programs or the ability to learn
    • Be coachable so that you can unlock your potential much faster than other agent
