MIMS GROUP is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will focus on servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients while nurturing new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding a small team to carry out these tasks effectively. As you become a master in our processes, training and overseeing your team, you will have the opportunity to progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.
