    Job DescriptionCustomer Service RepresentativeWest Palm Beach, FL 33407Assignment Length: 6 Months (Full-time)Shift Options: Day & EveningJob Summary:Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can convert leads into customers over the phone on initial outreach. Your duties include data entry into Salesforce, explaining basic product features, and obtaining payment information. The ideal candidate is friendly, persuasive, and passionate about the "Smile & Dial" Philosophy.

    Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers using provided leads.
    • Incoming Calls: Responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective customers.
    • Script-Based Communication: Use scripts to detail and provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
    • Understanding Customer Needs: Ask qualifying questions to determine customer eligibility and tailor their pitch accordingly.
    • Persuasion and Sales: Your goal is to persuade customers to enroll by demonstrating how the offered services meet their needs.
    • Record Keeping: Keep records of calls, sales, and customer information in computer systems.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
    • A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, over the phone.
    • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (Salesforce) and telephone systems.
    • Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
    • Ability to handle customer rejection and remain patient.
    • HVAC industry knowledge is a plus.
    • High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
