Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Generate and process sales orders, quotes, services or other business requested information.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Documentation of customer activities, progress, and service issues.
- Investigating and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicating and coordinating with headquarters' customer services as necessary.
- Coordinates services and follow up with Project Coordinator to ensure work completed to customer expectations.
- In charge of the coordination of deliveries and receipts of containers.
- Other office and sales related tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service + 2 years.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish, its a must have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Written and Oral Communication skills. Possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms
- May be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
