Description

Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Generate and process sales orders, quotes, services or other business requested information.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Documentation of customer activities, progress, and service issues.
  • Investigating and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicating and coordinating with headquarters' customer services as necessary.
  • Coordinates services and follow up with Project Coordinator to ensure work completed to customer expectations.
  • In charge of the coordination of deliveries and receipts of containers.
  • Other office and sales related tasks

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer service + 2 years.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish, its a must have.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Written and Oral Communication skills. Possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms
  • May be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management.

Pay:
$15.00 per hour
