Role Overview:


As part of our Customer Service team, you will embody the friendly and knowledgeable voice of Kyzar, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Your role is critical in maintaining the seamless operation of our service delivery, connecting customers with service technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently handle incoming customer calls, providing information about our HVAC services.
  • Address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries with effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Process orders, service requests, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of inquiries or concerns, maintaining accurate service records.

Requirements:


  • Experience with
    Service titan is a must.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills, with the ability to deescalate challenging situations.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
