Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Canton, MI is seeking an outgoing, friendly, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jackie Davis-Betserai - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

We are hiring a receptionist to greet our customers and perform various clerical tasks. This position is ideal for students, retirees, or parents seeking a part-time clerical position.

Responsibilities

Assist with answering phones.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Follow security procedures.
Keep a record of office and marketing supply inventory.
Maintain filing systems.
General clerical duties.

Requirements

Friendly demeanor.
Receptionist experience in an office setting required.
Experience answering a multi-line phone system.
Tech savvy.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
High level of professionalism and courtesy.
Great attention to detail.
Works well with others and can multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
