Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Sales Support

Your responsibilities:


  • Processing orders and managing them in the inventory system
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and production
  • Handling complaints and invoicing
  • Creating delivery notes and export documents
  • Being the main point of contact for customers regarding trade

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant or equivalent with professional experience
  • Analytical and responsible work ethic
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills in written and spoken form
  • Enthusiasm for technical product development
