Job in Basel:

In this position, you will be responsible for the professional management of the educational services (social pedagogical assessment, crisis intervention).

You will work as a member of the executive management team and as a deputy to the executive director in the operational and strategic development of the institution.

You will coordinate placement requests and admissions and be responsible for the residency planning, ensuring a continuous occupancy rate.

You will lead the two department heads and support and advise 22 social pedagogical employees in case management and challenging situations.

You will also ensure close and effective collaboration with referring authorities and assessors. Additionally, you will develop social pedagogical concepts and write and edit observation reports.
