Become part of our team, take on responsibility, and shape our common future Your responsibilities Shift management and team leadership of a shift with approximately 20 employees (technical) Ensuring the availability of equipment and reducing downtime of production facilities Ensuring the agreed service level and improving relevant performance indicators (such as OEE) Developing and adapting maintenance plans and reviewing their effectiveness Implementing and coordinating technical projects in collaboration with other departments Compliance with and monitoring of safety regulations What you bring Successfully completed technical training (electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or similar professions) Further education as a technician or master Willingness to work in rotating shifts First experience in leading employees Experience in maintenance and repair organization Communication, motivation, and assertiveness MS Office skills and experience with common ERP systems What we offer you 30 days of vacation and company holidays, as well as a flexible working time account Attractive compensation package:
