We are looking for a
Plant Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Berlin Pankow. Enjoy an exciting job in the heart of Berlin where we make delicious waffles


Your Responsibilities

  • You will independently manage your plant and be responsible for meeting cost and investment budgets
  • You will ensure the quantitative and qualitative staffing of the plant through operational planning
  • You will review production and shift reports
  • You will monitor the inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and ensure compliance with quality, proof, and food safety regulations
  • You will conduct plant tours (occupational safety, quality management, employee discussions, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for inventory management

Your Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business, engineering, or management, ideally in the food industry
  • You have several years of experience as a plant manager (m/f/d) or in a similar role
  • You have a talent for quickly understanding new situations and making targeted decisions
  • You have the necessary decisiveness for this position, while also being a good team player
