    Description
    TEKsystems is currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join a manufacturing company in Minneapolis on a Direct Placement basis.


    Job Description:
    • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, managing a portfolio of clients
    • Identify opportunities to expand account reach
    • Set and achieve sales targets for company products and services
    • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions
    • Educate customers on available products and services
    • Maintain a high level of service to retain clients
    • Use prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads
    • Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements

    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or outside sales within a technical company (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, vehicle, motorsports)
    • Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and client portfolio management
