Job Summary:
Gpac is partnered with a reputable law firm, seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in legal practice, strong analytical and research skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic legal environment. As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar in Nevada and in good standing.
3+ years of experience practicing law
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
