- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top 50 law school.
- Admission to the Nevada State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong academic credentials, including excellent law school transcripts.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Experience with big law firms preferred.
- Salary: $135,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience.
- Discretionary bonus based on performance.

- Garage parking provided in an attached garage.
- No billable hour target, although most attorneys bill around 1800 hours annually.
