- Provide exceptional service to high potential/high producing agents in the state.
- Identify, implement, and close growth opportunities within the assigned geography.
- Be actively involved in fostering relationships, increasing policy submissions, generating new business, and participating in industry events to solidify the company's presence in Maryland and Virginia.
- Evaluate agent needs and provide high-level service/training to boost policy submissions.
- Determine sales/service plans for each agent.
- Monitor assigned accounts for revenue growth.
- Lead the sales process and collaborate with internal teams.
- Maintain dialogue with Compliance Representatives and in-house Agency Advisors.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Build industry contacts to drive sales.
- Identify high-quality prospects and convert them into policy producing agents.
- Conduct sales/service training presentations.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
- Experience in business development and account management within the Title Insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with agents, real estate attorneys, and paralegals.
