HERE YOU WILL WORK:


For the expansion of the team, we are looking for an HR Generalist (m/w/d) in direct placement for our client, an innovative and long-standing internationally active medium-sized company in the mechanical and plant engineering industry.


THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:


  • As a generalist, you will manage employee data from the beginning of the employment relationship until the exit and act as a contact person for employees
  • You will create employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, and references, and process inquiries regarding personnel management processes
  • Furthermore, you will plan and carry out operational reintegration management in cooperation with the BEM team
  • In addition, you will develop personnel and organizational solutions with the department manager for personnel requirement planning, create task and organizational analyses, and job descriptions
  • Finally, you will manage and monitor personnel files, handle correspondence, and comply with applicable regulations and deadlines

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed your commercial training and have already gained experience in the HR field
