For a renowned industrial client, we are looking for a Quality Inspector (m/f/d) for the location Dahlewitz at Hutterville Colony, SD.

Your tasks:

  • Productionrelated visual inspections and inspections of aviation components and parts, especially engine parts, as well as acceptance and conformity checks of assemblies and components
  • Assessment of defects and support in defect resolution, as well as final acceptance and approval of corrective measures
  • You organize materials and identify necessary containment measures
  • You are responsible for deviation management and documentation of inspection results in SAP
  • You conduct inventory checks and participate in meetings with all process participants

Your profile:

  • You have completed a technical training in the aviation industry, e.g. aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, metalworker, etc. (m/f/d) with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master (m/f/d).
  • Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry
  • Experience in production and quality assurance
  • Experience with component releases, technical drawings, documentation, and processes
  • You have knowledge in areas such as initial sample inspection, product and process acceptance, as well as knowledge of engines in NC management
  • You have a good understanding of EN 9100, ISO 9001, and ideally EASA Part 2
  • You have very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
