'As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Scientific Employee (m/f/d) for Specification Production in full-time in Dessau-Roßlau.

Your tasks:

Creation, organization and maintenance of specifications for inspected starting materials, bulk goods and finished products
Coordination with purchasing as well as suppliers, manufacturers and customers regarding the definition of content for specifications for starting materials
Coordination with customers and product/project managers regarding the definition of content for specifications for materials provided and products commissioned
Coordination with relevant departments regarding the use of testing methods in specifications and their validation/verification status
Participation in material qualification and review of the plan for material qualification on behalf of the Head of Quality Control

Your profile:

In this position, you will be responsible for the content development, organization, creation and maintenance of specifications for inspected starting materials, bulk goods and finished products.
You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (university, technical college) or a diploma in a natural science or pharmaceutical field. In addition, you have knowledge in the areas of biochemistry, molecular biology and virology. You have a very good command of the English language in both written and spoken form. Basic knowledge of GMP is desirable. Your personal strengths include a willingness to learn and reflect. You are also characterized by a high level of accuracy, initiative and responsibility.
