    MediaLink, a UTA company, seeks an Analyst to join our Business Development team in New York.

    In this exciting new role as an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and management of our business development process, assist with market research, and contribute your perspective on how we drive growth for our business across the sectors of media, entertainment, marketing and technology.

    As a Business Development Analyst, you will apply analytical thinking and experience-based judgment to complex challenges by focusing on the critical issues that impact business development performance.

    You will be working across multiple projects and priorities, supporting the two business development COE leaders as they drive opportunities and revenue for MediaLink by advising internal teams and interacting with potential clients.

    You should have an interest in sales operations, business development, growth strategy and corporate partnerships.
    The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

    What You Will DoProject Management & Coordination Drive day-to-day project management (primarily internal) across BD projects and/or initiativesOwn scheduling and calendar invites, agendas and notetakingCreate and maintain BD trackers Action follow-ups for timetable of tasksMonitor weekly to-do's and take proactive measures to set the team and broader BD efforts up for successMaintain contacts, databases and spreadsheetsAssist with email tee-ups including coordinating/tracking requests and drafting correspondencesAssemble meeting briefs to ensure the BD team are properly briefed ahead of meetings to drive optimal outcomeHelp grow and maintain industry connections and interactions to be used for corporate evangelism and relationship-buildingResearch & AnalysisPerform quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of target clientsEvaluate specific targets and the optimal approach(es) to engageMonitor and report on company-wide BD KPIsSupport the creation and development of content and collateral to drive our BD effortsCommunication & CollaborationCommunicate effectively across the Business Development team and with other internal partnersEnsure proper and timely escalation of BD risk or potential for missed delivery deadlinesWork with internal teams to integrate learnings and best practices from related BD opportunitiesPlay an active support role in proposals, thought leadership efforts, and other market and business development activitiesWhat You Will Need1+ year of related work experience in media, advertising, sales and/or partnershipsFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plusProven analytical skills, expertise in qualitative and quantitative researchAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordKnowledge and understanding of media/advertising/technology industry terms and trendsExcellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skillsEffective time management skills and ability to prioritizeOrganized with a strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as a collaborative team member to deliver objectivesLimitless intellectual curiosity and general desire to learn, absorb information and trends from colleagues, trade sources and the broader marketing networkWhat You Will GetThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of the leading global entertainment companiesAccess to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellenceThe opportunity to do the best work of your careerWork in an inclusive and diverse company cultureCompetitive benefits and programs to support your well-beingExperience working in a collaborative environment with room to growAbout MediaLinkAt MediaLink, we create competitive advantage and growth strategies for large- scale organizations.
