    MediaLink, a UTA company, seeks an Analyst to join our Business Development team in New York.

    In this exciting new role as an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and management of our business development process, assist with market research, and contribute your perspective on how we drive growth for our business across the sectors of media, entertainment, marketing and technology.

    As a Business Development Analyst, you will apply analytical thinking and experience-based judgment to complex challenges by focusing on the critical issues that impact business development performance. You will be working across multiple projects and priorities, supporting the two business development COE leaders as they drive opportunities and revenue for MediaLink by advising internal teams and interacting with potential clients. You should have an interest in sales operations, business development, growth strategy and corporate partnerships.

    The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

    What You Will Do

    Project Management & Coordination

    • Drive day-to-day project management (primarily internal) across BD projects and/or initiatives
    • Own scheduling and calendar invites, agendas and notetaking
    • Create and maintain BD trackers
    • Action follow-ups for timetable of tasks
    • Monitor weekly to-do's and take proactive measures to set the team and broader BD efforts up for success
    • Maintain contacts, databases and spreadsheets
    • Assist with email tee-ups including coordinating/tracking requests and drafting correspondences
    • Assemble meeting briefs to ensure the BD team are properly briefed ahead of meetings to drive optimal outcome
    • Help grow and maintain industry connections and interactions to be used for corporate evangelism and relationship-building
    Research & Analysis
    • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of target clients
    • Evaluate specific targets and the optimal approach(es) to engage
    • Monitor and report on company-wide BD KPIs
    • Support the creation and development of content and collateral to drive our BD efforts
    Communication & Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively across the Business Development team and with other internal partners
    • Ensure proper and timely escalation of BD risk or potential for missed delivery deadlines
    • Work with internal teams to integrate learnings and best practices from related BD opportunities
    • Play an active support role in proposals, thought leadership efforts, and other market and business development activities
    What You Will Need
    • 1+ year of related work experience in media, advertising, sales and/or partnerships
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
    • Proven analytical skills, expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Knowledge and understanding of media/advertising/technology industry terms and trends
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
    • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
    • Organized with a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member to deliver objectives
