With the following main tasks:

You are responsible for leading the Order Fulfillment department (planning and control) at the Plochingen plant
In your role, you act as the interface to adjacent departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, etc. and contribute to optimizing longterm production planning in collaboration with these departments
You support the introduction, further development, and optimization of processes
To improve transparency in your area, you develop and implement process metrics
You are responsible for inventory in the Industrial / Plochingen plant area
The further development of existing planning and control systems and the introduction of new systems for digitization are also part of your responsibilities

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in a similar position, as well as initial experience in personnel management
You are proficient in using production control systems such as SAP/wayRTS and MS Office applications
You have strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as a high understanding of processes with a focus on continuous optimization
You have an understanding of complex technical and commercial processes and a strong focus on metrics
You have proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken
