    Description

    Currently partnered with a top Insurance Firm in Philadelphia, sourcing for a Senior Legal Counsel. The firm is looking for a counsel experienced with negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts including licensing, NDA, purchase, servicing, financing. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team reporting into the General Counsel.

    You will have mentorship opportunities and resources around you, but also be part of a lean team where you will have a high impact on the firm. This firm prides itself on having some of the best work life balance in the industry, as well as a large list of benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    -Advising on legal, regulatory, corporate, contractual and privacy matters

    -Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements

    -Collaborating with internal departments

    Experience Required:

    3-5 years of experience at a law firm or in house

    Juris Doctor, admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
