Join us as Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Group Legal & Compliance YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT OUR COMPANY Advising executives and employees (m/f/d) in all legal areas (except labor, tax, customs, trademark, and patent law) (national and international), including preparing opinions, recommendations, and expert opinions Creating, reviewing, and adapting contracts and contract templates (contract management) Supporting and conducting national/international contract negotiations Implementing corporate law measures in German and international group companies (corporate housekeeping) Accompanying judicial and extrajudicial proceedings for dispute resolution, if necessary coordinating external lawyers and notaries, including preliminary review and preparation of the facts in coordination with the executive Supporting the further development, compliance, and implementation of compliance standards and corporate organization standards Monitoring and evaluating current legislation and deriving necessary measures Designing and conducting training measures on legal topics WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Completed second state examination in law, fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) Several years of professional experience in a commercial law firm or company desirable Goal-oriented and assertive way of thinking and working with good negotiation skills, strong communication skills, team orientation, and intercultural competence Good knowledge of commercial law, experience in the construction and automotive industries desirable Interest in technical and economic contexts
