    **A. Duie Pyle is seeking an Inbound Shift Manager for our West Chester, PA location**

    **Job Responsibilities:**

    Develop Supervisors and Dock Team Leaders

    Oversee day-to-day Dock Operations while controlling operational costs

    Determine equipment needs

    Communicate safety requirements and awareness, as well as organizational policies, rules, and regulations

    Maintain staffing levels, training and cross-training; monitor employee performance; motivate and create a positive work environment

    **Job Requirement:**

    HS Diploma or equivalent

    Supervisory and/or Management experience required

    Basic computer knowledge required (MS Office applications)

    Must be detail-oriented, highly motivated, ability to prioritize work , meet deadlines and motivate others

    Excellent oral and written communication skills
