**What You'll Do**
+ Complies with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
+ Performs repairs, maintenance, and records.
+ Reviews and estimates work orders. Arranges subcontractors.
+ Orders materials and tracks completion.
+ Installs and modifies equipment systems.
+ Assigns and reviews work orders.
+ Manages invoices, materials, and tool inventory.
+ Inspects building systems.
+ Maintains energy management program.
+ Handles lighting, grounds, furniture, and locksmith tasks.
+ Responds to emergencies.
+ Implements preventive maintenance program.
+ Provides training.
+ Offers troubleshooting support.
+ Performs assigned duties.
**What You'll Need**
Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school (preferred) and minimum of 5 years experience in complete building operations. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior RTU and refrigeration experience preferred.
**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**
+ EPA 608 / CFC Certification preferred.
+ Additional certification in one or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
+ Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
+ Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks
+ Possess vital skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck
+ Licensure as required by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
