- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for home health, hospice, and contract therapy roles.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements that align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Utilize innovative recruitment techniques and stay updated on industry trends to constantly improve and optimize the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations, to expand the talent network.
- Implement and leverage technology solutions, such as applicant tracking systems, to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiting manager or director, preferably within the healthcare industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with home health, hospice, or contract therapy services and understanding of the associated roles and responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
