We are currently looking for
HEALTHCARE EDUCATORS / PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALISTS / NURSING PROFESSIONALS (M/F/D)
who have a passion for developing new structures.
The residential facility "In den Breitwiesen in Wiesloch" offers a home for 30 adults with various support needs. In addition, the residential house offers a day structure for seniors with disabilities, which is open from Monday to Friday.
Your tasks include:
- Support and guidance for people with disabilities to lead an independent and self-determined life
- Support and advice in practical areas of life
- Assistance and support in crisis and conflict situations
- Collaboration with family members, legal guardians, cooperation partners and other specialist services
- Participation and shaping of participation and overall planning procedures and the responsible implementation of the goals set therein
- Assistance and, if necessary, assumption of basic care
You bring with you:
- Completed training in the pedagogical, nursing or medical field
- High social and professional competence
- Teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts (possibly also night shifts), weekends and holidays
