Your tasks

As an experienced network planner (m/f/d) for fiber optic networks, you will take on the rough and detailed planning in the field of network design in an exciting and sustainable work environment.

  • Detailed and rough planning of telecommunications networks in the areas of FTTX, FTTH and broadband cable networks
  • Creation of construction and assembly files
  • Project management of projects with reference to external service providers regarding execution and quality assurance
  • Calculation of costs and quantities
  • Exchange with building authorities regarding technical and approval-related requirements in the expansion area

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical degree or university studies or a comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of network planning
  • Several years of experience in planning passive telecommunications networks, backbone connections and route planning desirable
  • Good knowledge of GIS planning tools such as QGIS, NET Design, NET Engineering and NET Operation
  • High self-motivation, independence, problem-solving skills and good communication skills
  • Good user knowledge of common MS Office software, good German and English skills in spoken and written
