Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Medical / Education Department in Rockford, IL


We are currently looking to fill a position as Regional Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Rockford, IL at the earliest possible date.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Regional Manager (m/f/d), you will be the main point of contact for both our candidates and client companies.

You will advise and support them with our personnel services, with the goal of ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.


  • You will recruit candidates through various channels and provide guidance and support as they navigate their way to a new position and potentially beyond.
  • You will lead and supervise your employees in project assignments and be responsible for scheduling.
  • You will provide reliable support to existing clients and impress them with tailored candidate proposals and service offerings.
  • You will acquire new clients and convince them of our customized personnel solutions.
  • You will be responsible for setting and managing goals and budgets for your location, and develop measures to achieve them in coordination with your regional manager.
  • You will lead and motivate your internal team.

YOUR PROFILE:


Your education or degree - whether in business, technical or other fields - is a good foundation, but not crucial for your entry with us.


  • You have several years of professional experience in sales, personnel planning or recruitment, and ideally have good market knowledge in the medical / education sector.
  • You have experience in leadership or as a personnel dispatcher, consultant / branch manager (
